Our policy lasts 14 days on unworn garments in original packaging with tags, which have not been custom stitched. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and re-sellable, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with it's original tags.
All items are inspected upon receipt and can only be refunded if they fit within our returns requirement.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any goods which have been worn or are damaged, cannot be returned.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We will issue a credit note or exchange for sale items that are returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of dispatch date. You will need to inform us by email, if you have received a defected item & include pictures before sending the item back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept any responsibility for any parcels which are lost in transit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found inside your parcel. Please open this invoice safe for future reference.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit. Please ensure you send your item back using a tracked service, as this will allow for you to claim any rightful compensation for lost items.
The customer will be liable to pay any Custom or Duty Charges at your country of residence. The amount will be set by the local postal authority in your country of residence. This amount will need to be paid in full by the customer and we cannot accept any liability for these charges.
